We are preparing for our Fall tour of equestrian properties to be held in September 2009. This is a tour held two times a year in participation with real estate agents across St Johns County and St Augustine, Florida who have properties zoned for horses listed. Open houses are held at all properties to allow buyers the opportunity to easily view them. You may have seen our "Happy Trails Tour" advertised last year.  It has been very successful and we normally have an average of 20 properties on the tour. It continues to grow and we anticipate the Fall Tour being our biggest ever.
